Inspired giving
Together, we are transforming lives and communities
Year-end giving ideas
It is the time of year when many of us choose to donate to nonprofits. If you'd like to help current and future ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ students thrive, we’re highlighting a couple of important projects where your support will make a meaningful difference to student success. A reminder that in order to be eligible for a 2024 tax receipt, all gifts must be made by Dec. 31, 2024. Visit our page for more information, including how to transfer shares.
Student food security
For many students, food scarcity is a real and ongoing problem. In order to help students who are facing food insecurity, ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ's student unions provide food banks on four campuses - Penticton, Vernon, Kelowna and Salmon Arm. All of these food banks are in need of supplies.
Your gift not only supports OC's student union food banks but a portion of your donation supports the KLO community fridge, which provides fresh produce and perishable items to students in need.
Recreation and Wellness
Support student physical and emotional well-being by making a gift to the Thrive Here campaign for a Recreation and Wellness Centre.
With state-of-the-art fitness facilities and a multi-purpose gymnasium for intramural sports, students will enjoy better health that will benefit their studies. Plus, active students are more engaged and more likely to stay on track toward graduation.
With $2 million left to raise, your gift is an investment in our future workforce, changemakers and community leaders.
Canada Post back to work - what to expect
While the Canada Post strike has ended there will be a delay in receiving mail, including letters to and from the ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ Foundation. All mail received by the Foundation that is postmarked up to Dec. 31, 2024 will be eligible for a 2024 tax receipt. If you'd like to avoid any uncertainty with the mail and receive a tax receipt for this year, you can donate online, call us directly at 250-562-5630 or visit our office. Visit our page for more information, including how to transfer shares.

We inspire giving to transform lives and communities.
We engage community to invest in ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ’s campuses, learning spaces, equipment, and programs, and we create opportunities for donors to help students fulfill their potential through education.

We build sustainable funds which support the success of today’s students and manage the growth of our endowment to safeguard that of future generations.

Employee giving
When you, as an ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ employee give, it speaks volumes. This is because you have unique insight into precisely what's needed based on your close relationship to the College.
